Sacred Plant Medicine Journey is an introductory online course offering grounded orientation for meeting plant and entheogenic experiences with clarity, humility, and self-trust.
The course explores:
- A grounded framework for moving through preparation, ceremony, and integration in relationship with yourself and the medicines.
- Trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed perspectives
- Indigenous-informed relational ethics rooted in lived relationship
- Practical discernment tools for navigating complex experiences
This is not a course about “doing plant medicine right.”
It is about learning how to stay in relationship — with yourself, the medicines, and life — over time.
